About WYSE Work Abroad
WYSE Work Abroad is the world’s leading non-profit trade association that represents trusted organisations specializing in work abroad and volunteer programmes. WYSE Work Abroad members are active in over 40 countries worldwide.
We recognise that working or volunteering abroad gives young people greater knowledge, acceptance, and respect for other cultures, people and surroundings, which is vital for the development of peaceful and understanding future generations. Work and volunteer abroad programmes are essential in the cultural awareness and international education of young people and students all across the globe today.
Member organisations of WYSE Work Abroad place tens of thousands of young people in culturally oriented, quality work abroad & volunteer programmes every year.
Our sub-group WYSE Volunteer & Travel, a group of dedicated sending & receiving organisations, is working towards increasing awareness of Volunteer Programmes, offering education on practices to organise successful and safe programmes and providing members with opportunities to connect to new partners.
WYSE Work Abroad is a global not-for-profit organisation and sector association of the World Youth Student & Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation, the world’s largest network of youth and student travel operators. WYSE Travel Confederation is dedicated to supporting the global industry and connecting the organisations that serve millions of young people who travel to study, work and grow.
The WYSE Work Abroad and WYSE Volunteer & Travel communities meet every year at the World Youth & Student Travel Conference (WYSTC), where the Annual General Meeting is also held.

Ninad SharmaIDEX – Indian Network for Development Exchange (India)
WETM has been one of the most successful events for us to visit in order to meet quality partners in the work experience travel field. Despite the fact that India is a relatively new destination for such programs, we have gained tremendous benefit from attending the event continuously for many years, and we intend to participate regularly in future events also.

Busy and vibrant trading floor. We made contact with new potential partners from across the globe. Guest speakers also a plus. Definately worth the trip!
Judith LierKulturist (Germany)
Kulturist attends WETM-IAC every year and it is one of our year’s many highlights. It’s always important for us to meet our partners personally, to exchange ideas and experiences and of course to learn from the seminars. The IAPA-conference is definitely something we recommend to other au-pair-agencies!

I am glad you decided to have booths this year - it makes such a difference to people like us. Rushing from table to table is more than exhausting, and having a booth and to be able to set ourselves up as we wish is a great innovation.
Paola PalombinoDirector at TERMOLI AU PAIR (Italy)
Attending to IAPA Conference is a very important thing to me. There are many colleagues who contact me from all over the world who ask to meet me in person in Budapest. Thank you again for this opportunity.
Dora SzamadoInter Au Pair Kft (Hungary)
It was one of my first conferences and as far as I'm concerned I will definitely attend the next one, because it helped me to meeting with the partners face to face and find new potential partners in new countries.

It is a chance to meet new partners, visit and touch base with existing partners as well as get a feel as to how the industry and other organizations have been operating in the past year.
